This type of curd is very famous in KATHYAVAD.
This spicy and tasty curd can give awesome taste with any dish.. like pulao , roti, paratha anything..
Ingredients :
- 1 small bowl beaten curd (Not sour)
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- handful curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- salt as per taste
- pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp oil
Method
In beaten curd add black salt, cumin Powder, salt and turmeric powder.
In a kadai take oil add Garlic.. Allow it to turn to light brown clour. Add cumin seeds and curryleaves. Lastly add hing and chilli powder.
Add this temper to curd.Mix well.
