On DIWALI Time, generally we Indians make number of dishes . Some sweet and some Savory . After All Festival is all about Celebrations. And each celebration is incomplete without some yummy food 🙂
Here will show the FRIED variety of Rice Flakes. Roasted Poha Chivda make from Thin Rice Flakes while fried one needs normal thick Rice flakes which is easily available in stores. One just have to be careful while frying. Take small quantity of oil to fry as After Frying Poha , Oil will turn Black and if u fry more even Poha will turn Black. Oil must be piping hot else Rice flakes wont rise and tasty wont be that crunchy. After Fry try take out access oil by placing on Kitchen Paper or generally news paper for some time as Rice flake absorb lot of OIL. Its very calorie loaded snack so avoid frequent consumption..
I have added Cashews and Raisins which are purely optional, but adding in small quantity will enhance the taste . I have Added SPICY MASALA SEV to make it more tasty. one can use normal Sev also. Rest All Ingredients are very common and very easily available in each Kitchen.
