This traditional cooling drink will help you to fight with heat.. Mixture of  Sauff, Dried Black Grapes and Rock Sugar (Mishri) is definitely super delicious, super cool and healthy too 🙂 🙂 THANDA THANDA COOL COOL 😉 😉

Every year summer becomes horrible. This year temperature hitting 40 C in Chennai so early.. Day by day feels like temperature is increasing .

In summer , most important thing is keep your self hydrated. Heavy meal definitely wont be choice in such hot days but how about having a cool, refreshing drink 🙂 🙂 I know none can say NO 🙂

Sauff and Dried Black Grapes are easy to get ingredient and well known for their heat resistance property.

Notes:

I didnt add any ice , as i take empty stomach in morning. One can add as many as want 🙂 🙂 Measurement of Mishri can be vary depends on personal choice. I used crush Mishri in Mortal Pastal . Ready made Powder of Mishri is also available in market.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Dried Black Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Coarsely crushed Sauff
  • 2-3 tsp Rock Sugar ( Mishri) , crushed
  • Few Ice cubes ( Optional )

METHOD:

Soak Sauff and Dried Black Grapes overnight or 4-5 hours  with 2-3 glass of water. After that Press repeatedly with hands in such a way that juice from black grapes will come out and mix  with water. Now mix Crushed Mishri in this juice. Mix well . Filter it in Glass. Add Ice cubes and Enjoy super cool Cooler.

Adding Ice, will dilute the juice so add Sugar According to that. This juice can be taken at anytime of Day.

This is the best natural way to fight with such horrible heat. Hope you  all will love the taste. Be safe  and keep hydrated.

One  can store powder of Sauff and Sugar. Just mix it with water and have it . This is the instant way to make a soulful Drink.
