EGGLESS CAKE POPS

You love cake? but not willing to make full cake with so much of frosting? Then this cute pops are perfect . These cute cakepops are small servings of Cake and are perfect as a dessert or to serve in Party . Cake pops loved my all age group.

One can make this small pops from leftover cake also. this is The best way to use your leftover cake.

For cakepops one can use any flavour for cake or frosting. Your liking and imagination can be a great new combination for such cute cake. For Garnish one can use any variety of sprinkles. i used small colourful sugar balls and chocolate vermicelli. i also used some shaped sprinkles .. There are many varieties available in market.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Some Cake Pieces
  • 1-1.5 tsp Milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate
  • Sprinkles of your choice

METHOD:

First important thing is wash your hands properly πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Sorry friends but this whole recipe is all about magic of your hands. No spatula needed.

Here i used Plain Vanilla Cake.. For the pefect cake recipe, check here I made this for my daughter on her birthday 2 days back.. She loves such small pops. Generally cake pop sticks are used , but here i used wooden sticks , which i use to make paneer tikka Β πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Are sticks koi bhi ho, cake pop to tasty hi lagenge πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚Β 

Now lets start making..

Crumble cake pieces evenly. Make sure each piece of cake is crumbled. Now Add milk maid. Mix well and Try to form like a dough.

Make Small even sized balls. though i made with hands only, but one can definitely use ice cream scooper for even sized balls.

In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate. Well again , i don’t have double boiler so i took some water in heavy bottomed kadai. keep this on slow flame. Take dark chocolate in a small container and keep that in kadai.. Keep stirring occasionally. Once fully melted, whisk nicely to give a smooth texture.

As i mentioned earlier, i used wooden paneer tikka sticks for cake pops. just cut into desired sized pieces.

Dip a inch of stick in hot chocolate and insert into cake balls. Insert only upto half.

now dip these balls into hot chocolate.. tap once to twice so extra chocolate will drop down.

Keep in freezer for 10-15 mins. Take sprinkles in a deep bowl and roll this pops into sprinkles. Such way Sprinkles will stick evenly.

Keep in freeze for sometime and then enjoy πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
