A very delicious , power packed and super easy to make Paratha, are Best for kids tiffin or evening snack. Healthy way to give treat to kids, Me sure no child can say NO to this Β πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

My daughter is a fussy eater. She loves Paneer and Cheese both , so i use to give this Paratha for her school tiffin box. Its very filling and nutritious too. Depends on taste buds one can adjust seasoning and filling.


Here i used very little quantity for Red chili powder, it will give taste but wont beΒ spicy as I made for kid. One can use Chili Flakes or Chopped Green Chilies.

Here i showed a very simple filling which is the best for kids.Β One can add Grated Beetroot, carrot or chopped onions. If making for adult , filling combination can be endless.


  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  • 2-3 Cheese Cubes ( I used Amul)
  • Ghee to roast
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt
  • 1/6 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder


Mix Wheat flour and Oil. Add enough water and knead a medium stiff dough. Allow it to rest for 15-20 mins. In a bowl take Β Grated Paneer. Add Salt, Cumin Powder, Red chili Powder and 1/4 tsp Crushed Oregano. Mix Well. Keep Aside

Before rolling roti from dough, just grease your hands with oil and knead the dough nicely. Roll 2 rotis of medium size . Spread Paneer stuffing over one roti , grate a cheese cube over it. Sprinkle some Chaat Masala and cover with another rolled roti. Fix the sides. Roll once or twice to make even stuffing.

On a hot Tava roast this paratha with ghee as we roast normal paratha.

Cut into 4 pcs with cutter or knife and serve hot .

Serve hot with Green Chutney or Chilled Curd or with tea or coffee. Any ways its a superb tasty paratha.

My little one loves this with a glass of hot Milk πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Baby bhi khush mumma bhi khush πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
