GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNEY

This Spicy chutney made from fresh coriander ,can be served with so many dishes. Either its Sandwich or Starters or tangy Chat, one will definitely love this chutney..

One can store this chutney upto a week in freeze. Use some tricks and tips and you can enjoy this chutney for long time.

Always store in small containers to store in batches rather to store in a big one in freezer . So one can keep this chutney fresh upto months..

Some notes :

Always use fresh coriander….

one can add green garlic too for extra taste..

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup roughly chopped Fresh Coriander
  • 7-8 Green chilies
  • ¼ cup Groundnut
  • ½ tsp Black salt
  • 1Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 Pinch of sugar

Method: 

Wash and roughly cut coriander .. first grind peanuts and chilies in mixer jar.. 


Now add Coriander, salt, black salt , lemon juice and sugar. Add little water and grind into smooth chutney..

Store in a air tight container in freeze.
