GINGER JAGGERY CHUTNEY

This type of chutney specially served in AndhraPradesh with Pesarattu.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp roughly chopped Ginger
  • 3 tsp Roasted Gram dal
  • 3-4 Dry Red Chilli
  • 2 tsp roughly chopped Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Turmerind Pulp
  • A Pinch Hing
  • Salt as per Taste

Method : 
Mix all the ingredients and make chutney .
