This type of chutney specially served in AndhraPradesh with Pesarattu.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp roughly chopped Ginger
- 3 tsp Roasted Gram dal
- 3-4 Dry Red Chilli
- 2 tsp roughly chopped Jaggery
- 1 tsp Turmerind Pulp
- A Pinch Hing
- Salt as per Taste
Method :
Mix all the ingredients and make chutney .
