VEGETABLE DOSA WAFFLES

Having Idli , Dosa from rice batter is sometimes boaring. Then why not having something very excited with a new trandy texture 🙂 🙂 An excellent variety from ground batter.. Me sure all will love it.

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Onions
  • ¼ cup grated Carrot
  • ¼ cup nicely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 pc green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2.5 cup Ground batter
  • salt as per taste

Method:

Add all vegetable to batter. Add salt and Italian Seasoning. Mix well.. Grease the waffle plates. I used Ghee and sesame oil mix..Pour the batter on plates and allow to cook for 4-5 mins.. Let it cook till sides gets crispy..Dont be in hurry to change the side or to see how much done. It will take minimum 4-5 mins to get crispy..

Enjoy with – Milagai Podi or simple green coriander chutney or even plain..
