The Best and Easiest way to feed Paneer to those who don’t love paneer 🙂 Specially Children 🙂 🙂 My Daughter don’t like much paneer but as we know Paneer is full of nutrition i feed her this way and she love this 🙂
The Same way one can make Paneer Paratha also
INGREDIENTS:
- 2/3 cup Paneer Crumbled
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- Water to knead Dough
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients and knead a semi soft dough. Don’t knead soft dough as paneer will lead to more softness after sometime . One can also use Salt as per taste in dough, i never use salt in making Roti/Chapati.
Allow it to rest for 15 to 17 mins. Grease hands with few drop of oil and knead dough for a minute. Take small portion of dough. Roll into a thin roti/chapati with help of dry flour.
Roast this Roti/chapati as we normally do 🙂
Apply some Ghee over it.. Thats it.. 🙂 🙂 No one can identify its made with paneer …
