Cheese chilli toast is one of the easiest starter/snack to attract family and crowd. A perfectly crispy from outside  and Soft from inside… full of cheese and vegetables. A quick and easy method to prepare which never fails.

There are hundreds of method to make this delicious and cheesy Chilli Cheese Toast. Here I will explain how to make on Tava, which is the easiest one I found. Not much Ingredients require , not much pre preparation needed.

For me Chilli Cheese ,is very useful and quick idea for an unnoticed guest.  It’s a crowd pleasure.

  • Bread Slices
  • Butter (I used Amul )
  • grated Cheese (I used Amul Processed Cheese)
  • Finely chopped Capsicum
  • Chaat Masala
  • Pepper Powder
  • Finely chopped Green chillies
  • Oregano

I have not given the measurement of any ingredients as its fully depends on taste.

Place aBread slice oSprean Tava, allow it to keep there for a minute . Take the slice . We will garnish on same side of Bread which is hot .

Spread a little amount of butter first on hot bread. Spread some cheese. Now spread evenly some Capsicums. Sprinkle some chaat masala, pepper powder, oregano and green chillies.

Now again spread cheese . now again place on griddle.

Cover it and allow it to get crispy on slow flame. cut into 2 or 4 pieces. Serve hot with Tomato sauce .

If want to prepare these toast in oven , first preheat the oven at 150C for 5 minutes then bake bread slices on 180C for 5 minutes.

One can use Grated carrots, finely chopped Tomatoes and Onons. For more flavour one can use some olive oil too .You can replace green chillies with Chilli Flakes. If making for kids  avoid Green chilli and chilli flakes. To mske variation sky is the limit.

Enjoy Cheesy chilli toast 🙂 🙂

Happy Cooking 🙂 🙂
