A very tasty vegetable made by Raw Mango . This suits with Roti or Paratha . A Very simple recipe but it tastes divine.The awesome combination of sweet and sour taste will make you smile and satisfy, i am sure 🙂 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Medium Sized Raw Mango
- 2 tsp Dry Coriander crushed
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- salt
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
- Jaggery as per taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Hing
METHOD:
Wash and peel Mango. Dont peel much. Cut in a big cube size.
In a kadai , allow oil to heat nicely. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, when almost done add Fennel seeds and dry coriander. Cook for half a second. else it will burn. Add hing and Mango. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. cover the kadai and keep some water on lid. Cook till mango softens. add around 3 tsp of that warm water which was on lid.
Now add all spices and jaggery. Cook till jaggery disolves nicely. Serve hot.
