Raita not only makes the food interesting, but is also good for digestion. Boondi Raita is one of the most easiest and straight raita recipe.Crisp boondi mixed in a perfectly spiced thick curd is an awesome delight.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Boondi
- 1 1/2 cup Beaten Curd
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Keep in refrigerator till serving..
