In hot summer days or when having hot spicy food, a glass of chillied masala buttermilk will give full satisfaction of food..
Many varieties of buttermilk is popular in north india.

  • 2 Glass Buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander

For Temper :

  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Hing
  • few Curry leaves

    Mix All ingredients in buttermilk. Mix well till salt dissolve properly . In a kadai take oil. When hot add Cumin, curry leaves and hing. Add this temper to buttermilk. Mix well and keep in refrigerator till serving..
