- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp Finely chopped Green Chillies

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Hing

Mix all the above ingredients. and make a soft dough. As we using cooked rice there is no need to add water. Still if you feel very dry, one can use 1 or 2 tsp water to form dough. And if you feel dough is very watery , add some more Rawa..
Take small portion from dough and fry in hot oil (Medium flame)till it becomes crispy and dark brown in colour.
Serve hot with Coriander Chutney or Sauce.. Enjoy rainy days 🙂
