Left over rice is always an issue at home. Being a mother and a housewife I completely understand that we keep on thinking what to make from it which can excite everyone.. This crispy rice balls tastes so yummy that none can figure out its made from leftover Rice..

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Rawa
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped Green Chillies
  • salt as per Taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Hing

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients. and make a soft dough. As we using cooked rice there is no need to add water. Still if you feel very dry, one can use 1 or 2 tsp water to form dough. And if you feel dough is very watery , add some more Rawa..

Take small portion from dough and fry in hot oil (Medium flame)till it becomes crispy and dark brown in colour.
