A very healthy Soup which is perfect to have in winter season .. It is also good for joint pain , good source of nutrition for kids. Its very rich in taste also..
- Drumstick : 3-4
- Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
- Garlic: 1 tsp Finely chopped
- Onion: 3 tsp Finely Chopped
- Pepper Corns: Few
- Curry Leaves: Handsful
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Oil 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Few Drops Lemon Drops
Wash and cut drumsticks in a fingure long size..In a Cooker add enough water along with drumsticks and cook for 3-4 whistles on slow gas.
Once cooked remove the sticks and sqeeze out the pulp . u can also use spoon to scoop out the inner flesh..Grind this flesh to paste. Keep aside that water which u used in cooker.
In a kadai take oil add cumin seeds, pepper corns, and curry leaves. When done add crushed garlic, chopped onion and saute till onion becomes transparent. Then pour drumstick paste and water. (I also used some water which I used to cook rice for thicking)..
Add salt, lemon juice, Haldi and add some water if required depends on someone’s preference on thickness..One can add Pepper powder as per taste
Garnish with Chooped corriender.. serve hot
