The masala idli looks so inviting!
I remember there used to be a cart outside Law Garden, Ahmedabad, which used to sell a similar version of masala idli. It would be slightly spicy for me, and loaded with oil, but I would adore it – it would be delicious. It used to be my treat every weekend morning, after a walk in Law Garden. This brings back so many happy memories – I’m surely going to try this out. 🙂
