A delicious, thick Mango Milkshake served with Ice creams and lots of Dry fruits. I saw its pics many times on net and as Mango season going on thought to give a try.. I am speechless. Mastani tastes super MAST 😉 😉 😉
Mango mastani , name only shows the richness of the dessert. But i dont know why this name is given to this drink ? May be after the Queen Mastani 🙂 🙂 🙂
This drink is very filling so never try after heavy meal . Choose ripe and sweet mangoes. Quality of the fruit plays major role for final taste of dessert. One can use Mango flavour ice cream too to make some variation.
So let’s checkout recipe..
- 2 ripe Mangoes
- 1/2 cup Chilled Milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2-3 scoop Ice cream
- Almond, Pistachio and cashew slivers for garnishing
- Glazed Cherry for Garnishing
Wash and peel the mangoes. Cut into cubes. Spare some small cubes for garnishing. Now add Chilled milk and blend very smooth. Now pour this milk shake in glass upto 3/4 . Place ice creams scoop on it. Garnish with dry fruits , cherry and mango pieces.
Serve immediately. This tastes best when served Chilled. So make sure even mangoes are chilled before using for recipe.
