A very yummy but less time consuming sweet. This is one of the most sweet memory of my childhood.. My mother used to make this ladoo for us with different colors. And i, who is very choosy for sweets, love this the most. This is very easy to make and very few ingredients are required.
- 5 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tin (400 g) Condensed Milk
- 2-3 Drop of Edible Green Colour Mixed with 3 tsp warm milk (You can choose colour of your choice or even without colour)
In a nonstick broad pan heat condensed milk, and add 4 cup of coconut . Cook till coconut mix very well and start leaving sides of pan. Now add colour and again cook for 1-2 mins. Mix carefully. Mixture should nt get burned. Now allow it to cool for 10-13 mins.
Make small balls and coat this with dry coconut which we kept aside..
Store in Freeze.
