A Very much Gujarati Snack. Very crunchy very tasty and very very easy to make.
- 4 cup Besan
- 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 5-6 tsp Hot Oil
- Salt as per Taste
Take Besan in a bowl and add Turmeric powder and hing. In another cup mix red chilli powder, black salt and salt with few spoon of water. Mix well till both type of salt dilute Properly.
Add this mixture to Besan. Mix well and knead a dough. Dough should be soft.
Now add hot oil and knead again. Greece hands and take a small portion and make a cylinder shape.
Now with the help of Kitchen Press fry it in hot oil. Take the plate which has thinest holes. Make sure oil is enough hot. Less Hot oil wont give crunchiness and over heated oil wont give proper texture.
Store in a dry and air tight container..
